  • WINKHAUS Germany fittings are certified to QM 328 {Containing EN 13126-8 (endurance test for turn and turn-tilt fittings) &EN 1191 (endurance test for windows and doors)}.
  • In this stringent certification, programmer turn-only and turn-tilt fittings for windows undergo a large number of test, considering aspects such as durability and quality control mechanisms.

  • All Creative Windows uPVC window profiles installed are covered by a 10-year manufacturer's warranty by VEKA AG, Germany.
  • All Creative Windows uPVC window accessories, fittings and handles installed are covered by a 10-year manufacturer's warranty by Winkhaus Company - Germany.
  • Creative Windows will issue a 10-year manufacturer warranty plus a 5-year Free Maintenance, this consent only applies if the fitting parts correctly operated according to our installation instructions and Maintenance has verifiably been carried out as per our maintenance instructions.
